    We currently serve all HDB flats across Singapore. If you live in a private estate (condo or landed property), we may still be able to help — special access arrangements can be made.   • What’s included for free, and what might I need to pay for?
    Covered for Free (Included in Membership): These are common problems we fix at no extra cost: “My basin is slightly choked.” ✅ Covered — we’ll clear it for you. “One of my sockets isn’t working.” ✅ Covered — we’ll inspect and fix it. “My fan switch is loose.” ✅ Covered — we’ll take care of it. “Can you help clean my aircon filter?” ✅ Covered — basic aircon filter cleaning is included. Chargeable (But You Get Member Discounts): Some bigger or more complex jobs have a fee — but you’ll pay less as a member: “My floor trap is badly choked.” ➤ Chargeable — you’ll get a special member rate. “My toilet (WC) is choked.” ➤ Chargeable — member discount applies. “I want to replace the whole toilet bowl.” ➤ Chargeable — you’ll pay for parts and labor, but enjoy a lower rate for installation. “Can I get my aircon serviced?” ➤ Yes — aircon servicing is available at a discounted rate for members. New Installations (Discounted Rates for Members): Planning upgrades or new fittings? “I bought two new light fittings. Can you help install them?” ➤ Yes! There’s a small installation fee, but members enjoy special pricing.

    Absolutely. Our service was designed specifically for senior homes. Our technicians are: Patient and respectful Trained to work around mobility aids, grab bars, etc. Scheduled in advance so elderly homeowners know who to expect

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
